"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." 1 CORINTHIANS 1:18 (NIV)**********"IN MY FIELD-CHRISTIAN WRITING--I cross paths with all sorts of people. In many cases, the main thing we have in common is our faith in Jesus. This isn't true of my personal life. Some of my closest friends and family look at Jesus and the cross in a different light than I do. They consider the gospel a fairy tale. Others question the validity of any sort of higher power.***I've prayed and shared my views with them and will continue doing so. As ide from that, I plan to step back and let Christ do His work. That's good news. He often does better without my "help." ****Years ago, my father lost a battle against cancer. This highly intelligent man bore a stubborn streak deeper than anyone I've ever met. Cynical retorts blocked any path I'd lay toward our Savior. As Dad lay on his deathbed, I'd all but abandoned hope, considering his salvation an impossibility. It was time to let Jesus take over. Jesus stretched His hand to touch my father's heart. At last, Dad accepted Him and was saved. Jesus's timing was perfect, as always.****No one is beyond His reach. Right now I'm interceding for a specific person's salvation. When we're together, I pull the Lord's name into our conversations. I hope to draw my loved one's interest. Will the Lord grand this friend eternal life? There's no way to know. Jesus alone decides who, what, why, and when of each soul's destiny. ***As for me, I'm willing to step aside as He leads-to wait, watch, and hope in faith." --HEIDI GAUL*********"FAITH STEP: Make a list of seven people you know who need salvation. Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions and be honest at all costs. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. May we verbally express our love for each other and our true intentions towards growing as a couple. Protect him from getting any viruses, other health issues, and colds during this time. Thank you Lord for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter. Protect and guide me at my positions for my three jobs. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, good spirits, financial stability and growth, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, lean state. Help D.J.s knee and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me , truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. God please protect and heal J.J. and provide him with comfort and love he needs during this difficult time. Protect D.J. and all my friends and family from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military. Thank you for all of the blessings that you have bestowed upon us as we are forever grateful. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Our Lady of Lourdes, protect and keep my children, and family members, safe especially from this virus. Lord watch over Our Global Community, bless us and keep us safe during this pandemic.
