Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions and be honest at all costs. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. May we verbally express our love for each other and our true intentions towards growing as a couple. Protect him from getting any viruses, other health issues, and colds during this time. Dear Lord please watch over my Mom and daughter. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter. Protect and guide me at my positions for my three jobs. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, health, happiness, love, good spirits, financial stability and growth, and piece of mind to my family and me. Keep me safe, healthy, and protected. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, lean state., Help D.J.s knee and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Make a Joe do the right thing by him and pay what he owes. Let there be authenticity, respect, truthfulness, appreciation, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. God please protect and heal J.J. and provide him with comfort and love he needs during this difficult time. Protect D.J. and all my friends and family from getting any colds and viruses. Humbly, I come before You in Jesus’ name and pray for Edmond, who is under heavy chemotherapy. According to Your will, help him bear with patience and protect his faith. Give him a cure and send him back to his family to keep serving You according to his vocation. PSALM 16: 11(NIV)*****"WHEN I HUGGED MY FRIEND Tanya goodbye after our spiritual catch up at a local cafe', I made my way home feeling lighter, smiling in the early June sunshine. What is it about connecting with a friend who is also listening to Jesus say, "Follow Me," that makes the day brighter? **When I rounded the corner where I live, my apartment building looked dramatically different than when I'd left it a couple of hours before. Workers were in the midst of putting up scaffolding for impending work on our brick façade. Rows and rows of metal beams framed the sidewalk, extending from where I stood all the way to my front door. They had yet to cover the crossbeams at the top with wooden planks. So in this not-yet-finished moment, the beams, glinting silver in the sunlight, looked like a trellis for the lush green trees and bushes that grew alongside and above the new structure. Scaffolding is notorious for ruining the architectural aesthetics of New York City streets, but this scaffolding was beautiful. **This, I thought, is what it is like to follow Jesus. He offers a structure, open to the heavens, framing my pathway home in a way that adds clarity, beauty and a hint of majesty. But He still allows room for the natural growth already in progress. It's all about the on-the-way-there moments. Dear Lord; Please help & guide me, as I'm exhausted, being up since 3am this morning, due to my house alarm disarming intermittently, as my semi-attached neighbors are doing construction still at this time, I've ingested their toxic fumes, use of heavy machinery that shakes my home, & endured heavy banging, loud video games, concurrent with loud music to drown out the construction after 8pm through 5am & during the day! I am overwhelmed, unable to accomplish goals that need immediate attention, due to the construction. 24/7, it's ongoing & is the destruction of my health & home! I am asking You, Dear Lord, to direct me to an honest & efficient person/s or agency to help me in my needs & concerns! Please Lord, You know me, my needs, concerns & stresses, help & hear my prayers, send me Your Miracles & the Justice I'm yearning for to achieve completion of tasks.
