A SUNDAY PRAYER - O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Blessed Mother protect and keep them safe. Lord relieve all my pain and discomfort from arthritis condition so that I am able to function at home and work. We ask for continued prayers for g.s. In Baltimore .we are thankful she is again out of ICU +back in a regular room at hospital . In knowing she has a long hospital recovery to continue please pray for her + all doctors,nurses + staff to make all the right care and decisions to keep her well. Heal her wounds, drive out all infections , so she can get better and be able to walk and do therapy to get her back to her healthy self. Merciful Father, I come in thanks for the faith You have instilled in me, and praise and glorify You for sustaining it. God, mankind on earth go through hard times. We face hunger, anxiety, lonliness, rejection, pain, injustice, frustration, and more. In Jesus' mighty name who Himself went through most of these, I pray: Loving God, do not look on our sins. Forgive us. As we offer You all our suffering, drench us in Your love, that we may heal our emotions, our body, our mind, and our soul. Amen.
Please obtain for my husband a positive outcome from the Dr tests. Please pray for my nephew in his battle with cancer, my friend having heart problems and medical problems my children have. Lastly help me to do what I need to do, as God wills it.
