Our heavenly Father, divine God, great and holy is Your name. I praise You and adore You because You do not give love – You ARE love. You gave Your Son Jesus to die on the cross so that I will be redeemed. And redeemed I am. I thank You for this sacrifice, and I shall be forever indebted to You. Merciful Abbā, most Loving God, in Jesus’ mighty name, and with the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, grant perpetual rest to all the souls in purgatory, especially those forgotten by us. John 6:51 (NJV)**********"ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH SUNSHINE?" my doctor asked. He may have noticed my I-work-at-my-desk all day." I told him. "But I take vitamin D supplements." **He looked at my lab results. "Your calcium is on the low side of normal. Are you eating enough dark greens?" **"Not to worry, Doctor. I'll take a calcium supplement, or two." **This is how the appointment progressed in my mind as I prepared for my annual physical. I was compiling the list of medications and supplements, conscious that I was supplementing much of what the human body can normally get from healthy diet and ten minutes of fresh air a day.**How often do we try to do the same with our spiritual health? We depend on supplements-someone else's insights, Sunday's sermon, a brief nugget heard on the radio--as our entire spiritual intake for the week. We lean on supplements rather than a rich diet of daily Bible reading, prayer time, and reflection with Jesus. **Jesus no doubt carried on a perpetual internal conversation with His Father, but He still stole away by Himself for extended times of prayer. please pray for my dad, he went in for a cat scan for what we thought were kidney stones, but got news that they found lesions on his liver and a mass on his pancreas. he is getting a second cat scan done today at 3 o’clock and is waiting on bloodwork results. please pray that we get the results as quick as possible and that they are immensely better than we are expecting. he is the strongest person i have ever known and a person who would do anything for anyone, no matter what. he is the least deserving person of this and needs all the prayers, love, and support he can get. his name is Dale. please think of my mom and I, as well, that we are strengthened enough to help him get through whatever comes our way. Thank you to everyone, we appreciate it more than you know.

Please pray for my husband. When getting a scan for what we thought were kidney stones, they discovered a mass on his pancreas and lesions on his liver. He is 51 and the love of my life. Please pray for healing and that we are directed to the best doctors for his care. Pray for speed of results and the strength to deal with them. Please pray for a plan of action so that he may be healed and live a long life with myself and our daughter. Please pray for all care workers, lab techs, those running his bloodwork and results. Please pray that his prognosis is better than we are expecting and that we can handle what does come our way. He is the best man I know and we need him here with us. His name is Dale.
