Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations such as when he is in AC the next couple of days. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions especially during his stay in AC the next couple of days. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. May there be truth and honesty between us even in difficult situations. May we verbally express our love for each other and our true intentions towards growing as a couple. Natural disasters, man-made tragedies, injustices, widespread corruption, political and military conflicts… these are the order of the day. for all of our family members to get along with each other much, much better right away -- and that we enjoy each other’s company, have great conversations, respect each other, and that we have fun together.
for my son to be honest and trustworthy and legal now and forever,
for my son to go to confession as soon as possible and return to full communion with the Catholic Church right away, and become a great Christian, Catholic gentleman who becomes a great witness for the Lord and His Church,
in thanksgiving that my son got a job – that he might do very well at it, enjoy it, work full time or more at it, develop skills and traits and wisdom that guide him to what he should be doing next in life,
and
for all of my family's ailments -- spiritual, physical, mental, or emotional -- to be cured quickly and completely, most especially the depression and anxiety affecting my son. May they go away without the use of drugs of any type.

PSALM 68:6 (NIV)*******"I KNEW MY FRIEND SUSAN'S family loved food, but when I arrived at their home and looked at the spread, I understood how deep their love of cooking and eating truly went. Several hours later, we sat around the table playing their favorite game, Mexican Train Dominoes, I'd never felt so stuffed in my life. it was my first Thanksgiving as a single mom, and the first that my sons would spend without their dad. I could easily remember the 2011 holiday as sad, but whenever I think about that particular Thanksgiving, I remember it as a day when I felt as filled up with love as by delicious food. It was one of many reminders that, thought my family would never be the same again, we still had many reasons to be grateful. We had friends, who in so many ways reflected the love of Jesus. They welcomed us, filled us up, and showed us that we weren't alone. No matter what happened, we would always have a family. Susan's family was one of several in our church who had embraced me and my boys that year and filled our lives with blessings at a time when, on the surface, our world looked far from blessed. Through them, we learned that family has more to do with love and the bond we share through Jesus than bloodlines and last names. Dear Lord; Much appreciation for watching over & hearing my prayers. "Thank YOU Lord, for giving me this day!" To my surprise; I found a spot right outside a store I had gone to, where parking has alternate sides, metered, difficulty finding spots & always an abundance of traffic from deliveries, etc., this seemed to be the case wherever I had to be, & when I returned home, I had an important call that would help me in my needs, then I was going to sweep up the leaves in front of my home, my neighbor who shares the driveway came out with a leaf blower to do this. Thank You Lord for helping, hearing & answering my prayers, I can't express how so very grateful I am for all Your blessings, & gifts I have and continue to receive.
