Almighty Father, Creator of heaven and earth, I thank You for giving a mother to each person ever born. The fact that even Your Son Jesus came from the Theotokos, assures us that we truly are made in Your image and likeness. So today, I choose to praise and glorify Your Holy Name by begging You in Jesus’ name: Abbā, bless all the mothers, past, present, and future. They helped You in Your plan of creation. Be merciful with them, and give them the love and tenderness they wished but missed. Amen.
