PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

That God watches over me and my family and keeps us in his prescence. That God blesses, protects and has mercy upon us and forgives us for our transgressions. That God places peace in our hearts, wisdom in our minds and compassion in our hearts towards others. That God keeps us on our paths to growth, glory and a greater future. I ask that God keeps the violence in this world away from us, and in spite of the devil's temptations around us (and our own mistakes), I ask God to protect and love us always. I ask that God places wonderful financial, spiritual and physical blessings upon me and my mother and the strength that we need to hold out and to hold onto His Grace in this crazy world that we live in.

That I find work and I can pay my bills again Thast my son straigtens out his life and starts being responsible and doing what he is suppossed to. That my sister gets out of the Rehababilitation center is feeling well again and can find work. That my plea to the Surrogate court is accepted and we get some financial relief Fr Joseph nDeGrocco.

Please pray for the safe arrival of my son who will be spending Thanksgiving in NJ. It will just be the three of us again as both my sons and me will be approaching the second year without my husband and there father. I thank God for the blessings he has given us since my husband passed but I also ask for peace and comfort, because I still find it hard "at times" not to become very sad...and heartbroken.

Today dear Lord, I woke up and felt so blessed to be alive, the world that you have created is so beautiful and I wish people would take the time to enjoy it. Instead they are always looking for the material things , and that really cannot buy happiness. I would like to thank you for my family, my daughter and my being able to see the outside world again for my severe anxiety kept me in for the past year. Now I take the time to notice the clouds, trees, smell the air and try to see the good in all people. I am so very blessed, thankful and grateful for you Lord have truly answered my prayers. I can truly see that your love for me is endless., and I pray every day for people who do not take the time to notice the beauty you have created.

Dear Father, I would like to thank you for having always this sunday mass seen on the net so that everyone in the whole world who can't attend mass on their parishes can attend mass here.. As I am.. A welder trainee here in japan can't attend mass on the church because I am in a far away province... But am so glad for having searched your website. thanks so much.. I thought I would never be able to attend mass for the whole 3 years.. Please pray for my two grandmas who passed away; mama Ana and Nanay Feliza. And my Aunts son Jacob and late husband tito Jun.. Please also pray for the Filipino people who sufferred from typhoons.. Please help me pray to finish my 3 years contract here in Japan.. As you would know.. Dear Father, First I would like to thank you for this wonderful website of the Sunday Mass. As I am sickly, I sometimes cannot attend mass at our local church and this site has helped me so much and enlightened me in a lot of ways. My prayer intentions are, please pray for my mother, Antonia Limchoc who died 1985, please pray for her soul this all soul's day and also my brother in law, Fernando Agtarap who died last year. Also, I have a thyroid problem that I am worried about and it has been giving me problems with my metabolism and physical being. I hope and pray it will be healed. It affects my moods, muscles and total well being. I also want to pray for my sister who had cancer and is now worried that the cancer is back. She will have to undergo series of test this Nov 11. Help her to accept whatever is it that will happen to her and pray for her that she will be healed and she will get well. Thank you so much Tina from Australia
