PREPARING FOR A NEW DAY - O God, be in our moments of rest today and give us what we need so that as this day takes its course and we encounter moments of stress, strain, struggle and effort we might also find your peace. And when evening comes and we look back over this day and we see how fragmentary everything seems to be, and how our plans have not fully been accomplished. Help us to take everything exactly as it is, putting everything in your hands, leaving our life with you, knowing that it is good! Then in your peace may we find rest, real rest in you and rise refreshed to begin our next day of new life in you. Amen!

I am a physician and I am being sued (my first time). I pray that the patient gets what he needs but also realizes that I am not to responsible for what happened to him. I pray that the case is dropped and if not, I pray that the lord helps my loved ones, the patient and myself get through this tough time.

my prayer intention is Dear lord you know my weakness each morning i resolve to humble and in the evening i recognize that i have been quilty of pride the sight of these faults tempts me to discouragement,yet i know that discouragement itself isform of pride ,i wish therefore o my GOD to build all my trust upon you as you can do all things deign to implantin my soul this virtue which i desire ....TO our children to find you that you have not abondoned them and continue to grow on your love O LORD .i pray for my daughter kaci, jill ,mau, eisen and my son dondonthat the will fulfill all thier dreams and finish thier studies ,wisdom to make the right decision for my sefl and my family i pray for my entire extended my family and freinds that all your love bring them peace in thier own families ..and GOD bless our priest especially our holy father pope BENEDICT ...and to all the souls in purgatory.....in to all the fathers who have gone to thier rest....... Since I am unemployed and my benefits are about to run out I pray to God that I may find a job soon and also, for myself and the thousands others in a similar situation that God may inspire the US Congress to pass the unemployment extension. I ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord, Amen.

please pray for my dad Antonio L.Abuzo who is so sick. He have high blood sugar and hisfeet is swelling.He needs to be on insulin but he refuses. I pray that God will have mercy on him and heal him. I also pray that his elder sister will forgve him and he also forgive her.May their deceased mother forgive them for their fight. Thank you and may God bless you all!

My deepest prayer is for my son, Paul. Please pray for him to keep him away from drugs and help him find employment and come back home to Chicago. He is turning his life around has come upon bad times. He is on probation presently and lost his home. He is currently sleeping where ever he can find a spot, mostly outside. Please help him keep away from drugs and please make sure that he does not get incarcerated again. He cant even pay his intervention fee. Also, please keep my daughter, Michelle in your prayers as she is very sickly. Thank you.

Please pray for my husband, Neal, who is 64 years old. Two years ago, he had 5-artery bypass and has returned to work and has been doing rather well until he contacted bronchitis which has left him weak, irritable and generall run down. Please pray for his complete recovery and a long healthy life. I would be utterly lost without this man. Also please pray for my grandson, Blakely, (U.S. Army), has seen war in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has come back after 2nd deployment with an attitude that he no longer wants to be married or a father. Please pray that he'll heal within, accept the Lord back into his life and love again. Thank you.

When I was about 13, I remember seeing a fortune teller. I laughed my head off when he predicted that I would have seven kids. Only today it occurred to me that I really had seven kids. They were my seven angels, and whenever I did something wrong, and I was far from being perfect, they would always have my back. Francis, Alex, Anthony, Jackie, Edina, Rafael, and Sujey were my seven guardian angels. In teaching my students over the past 25 years, I tried to impart the attitude that people cannot be successful in life unless they help someone else become successful, and these seven kids followed my advice to a tee. I ask that God keep them, as well as Billy and Angel, safe from harm. I will always be grateful for having known them.
