To my LORD Jesus and to GOD the FATHER of our LORD, Please forgive me for all my sins against you. I DO BELIEVE IN YOU, for twice you were with me at my hour of passing, and both times you gave me another chance to live on to life. I know that when I was dying, and I saw that grey swirling smoke heading upward towards the ceiling of the observation room of the hospital while I was in CARDIAC ARREST, that was my spirit leaving my body. Then I died and heard my Dearly Departed Mother telling me not to do this to my father whom is still alive today. If I had died, it would have killed him. So I always say THANK YOU for not taking me away yet and giving me more days to live on. I know that my days are not promised. So I try to make everyday count as if it were my last on hearth. Thank you and forgive me for all my sins. AMEN.
