Thank you for helping me through my surgery and radiation and thank you for helping with the bladder and bowel and rectal bleeding and spitting of blood and other bleeding issues and please help it to be okay and thank you for the good vaginal ultrasound and please help the pap to be okay and thank you for the good endoscospy report and for the good biopsy report and thank you for all the other good biopsy reports and please help me to not keep getting these skin cancer issues and thank yo for the good report on my face and eye I was very nervous about that and thank you for the good mammogram report and please help me to get a good report on both breasts when I go in July I am scared and nervous for health and when you are told you have cancer it is really scary and please help me to be a better person wife mother friend etc and change my ways and realize how lucky I am and be healthy and please help me to be the best person I can be and be worthy of all you do and all I ask for I know I ask for a lot please help me to be worthy and please help me to not be selfish and if and when I ask for something for myself I hope you don't think I am being selfish I am really just scared and please guide me to not fail you I know I fail everyday and if I do something that isn't right or if I have hurt anyone I am truly sorry. Thank you for all you do for me and my family I am truly grateful and thank you for all you do have done and hopefully will continue to do for me and my family. Thank you for helping Marc get a good MRI report and thank you for helping with the heart issues and please help it to be okay and please help with his back and stomach and thank you for the shot to work and please help him to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for helping Irene get good reports with her kidneys and please help it to continue and please help with her heart and to not have to have surgery and if she does please help it to wait so it can be less invasive and please help with all her health issues and to loose weight and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Bob get through his surgery and for the good biopsy report and please help with his kidney and blood issues and please help the shots and pills to work and please help with all his health issues and please help them both to be pain free happy healthy and safe thank you for helping our son Adam have the strength to stop smoking and please help with all the drinking and please help him to be cancer free and healthy so he can live a long healthy life we are very worried about him and please help us to have a good relationship with his wife Sara and please help us to have a better relationship with our son Jason and his wife Carina and the beautiful grandchildren and please help us to know how to make it better and thank you for the gift of time with all our children and please help them all to be pain free happy healthy and safe wherever they go and travel. Thank you for helping Maria through her surgery and please help with all her health issues and to have the will to loose weight and please help her to meet someone to share her life with and please help her to be pain free happy healthy and safe and please help Sue to rest in peace and help her to know she is loved and please help with her family and Staci and God Bless Sue. Please help everyone I may have forgotten or those I don't know about and please help everyone who has lost a loved one and please help everyone who has will have and has had to have surgery radiation and or chemo. Thank you for the gift of Diane and Ken and Ginni and John and especially Diane and Ken and please help us to not do anything to hurt this relationship it is really important to us and thank you for the gift of having it easier financially these last few years it has been nice to be able to pay the bills and do some things but the most important thing is the love of God family friends and good health without good health and faith nothing else matters. Thank you St. Anthony, Dear God and Mary for listening to me everyday and hearing me it is such a comfort to be able to talk and write and I know I want it all but the most important thing is to be healthy and have good faith. Dear God, please look after our family...my husband to become regular at his work, to love his job and especially look after our four boys that they may stay away from harm and protect that frm allkinds of sicknesses...thatb they may grow up to be God-fearing,loving and responsible boys. I pray that my eldest grow out of his whining and quick to anger ways, that he become a responsible and smart kuya to his siblings...that he overcomes his PDD-NOS and grow up to be smart, responsible and social boy and that he earns a medal for the coming school year at level 4 for all his hardwork in his studies And make it a motivation for him and his brothers to do better in school and in life. Please help my mother get out of her financial difficulty and be able to pay my dad's memorial lot. Please dear God, help me and my husband get better jobs for the sake of our children's future. Please help us be financially stable and be able to pay all our debts. Help us get out of the financial difficulty that we are in. Help us pay for our childrens tuition in the coming school year and to pay all our balances in the kids' tuition. We pray that we can find be able to set up a business so we can augment our family's income. help us find jobs &opportunities to help us in our financial needs especially that of our children. May you give us a long life and free and protect us from any illnesses so that we may be able to take care of them until they are responsible enough. Please take care of all our loved ones. We hope that we may gind an opportunity for my husband to go abroad esp in canada so we may have better chance of providing a future for our kids.
