Please stop phone scammers, unwanted phone calls, calls no response, calls no messages. This is disturbing, irresponsible, harassing, wasting time and money. When you have people who are ill or medically dependent these calls are creating difficult situations. Please stop unwanted phone calls disrupting lives. Everyone gets them, let their be criminal legislation, enforcement, financially punishing fines and penalties when arrested, convicted, prosecuted, and have to register as a public disturbing deviant on a criminal database. Once convicted make them pay an additional premium payment and special phone number sequence coded as a identified registered phone abuser to the public.
