Please pray for my son Adam. He was abused as a kid and got into drugs as a teen. He has AS a very disabling disease and has much pain but because of the opeoid problem no one will give him anything for pain. He very mad at the world and takes it out on the people who love him. Please pray that a heart becomes available quickly for Brian, who is the highest priority on a heart transplant list. He has patiently borne severe, genetic heart disease for 35 years and is now being kept alive with a mechanical pump implanted in his chest to assist his own failing heart. Pray that he will receive a new heart in time, so that he can go on living, that he has a successful surgery, and will have years ahead of him with his wife, daughter and granddaughter, able to express his profound love for them by participating in their lives more fully than he has ever been able to before. Please pray, too, for comfort for his family during this anxious time of waiting. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Thank you.
