Dear Lord I ask that you forgive me of my sins, and relieve me from my angst and all that is blocking me right now. Help me to be a better person, and free me from the things that are preventing me from moving forward in my life. Prepare and open my heart by providing me with piece of mind and informed decisions that need to be made in my current relationship. You know and see us, and only you know what the future holds in store for us. Help us to see and accept what you have planned for us. Assist him with an important decision that he is currently faced with right now. Assist me with the knowledge to pass my board exam. Philippians 1:6(NIV)**********"THIS PAST MARCH, OUR FAMILY of five moved into a cute cottage with a small front yard. I have a thing about front yards. They need flowers. This yard was covered in weeds. So I yanked them up. They grew back. I yanked them up again. Weeds are crazy persistent. But I am relentless. I had a vision of what I wanted this yard to look like. Once the ground was finally bare, I prepped the soil for seeding. I seeded it with wildflowers, because how fun would it be to open the door each morning to that kind of beauty? I raked the soil, added compost, and watched videos about casting seed. I mixed the sand, dirt, and seed and broadcast it all over the yard. I've been watering it faithfully twice a day. And I am waiting. For flowers. And for the beauty to show up. I know it will. Three weeks in, there is one lonely poppy clinging to the edge of the sidewalk. I love that poppy so much. I know that soon its brothers and sisters will show up. I can't wait. Jesus is the relentless Gardener when it comes to our hearts and lives. He has a vision for us, the ones whom He created us for. So He goes to work: weeding, pruning, trimming, and yanking. Sometimes it is uncomfortable. Other times it's downright painful. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two children and their husbands. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle; even so you are the Saint of Miracles.
