LENTEN JOURNEY - O God of Life, as we stand before the roads that this day presents to us, enliven us with the wisdom to choose the road of life. As we walk this road less travel keep us ever mindful that we are not alone that you walk with us. Strengthen us for the crosses, the challenges of this road. Grace us with the hope that we will always find your presence, your forgiveness, your mercy, your truth and your love as we make this journey. May we choose the road of life today and let it make all the difference in our life and in the lives of all we meet! Amen!

Almighty Father, with great respect and sincere love, I bow my head to Your will and start this new year. Abbā, in Jesus’ name, I worship You as my One true God. Father, You know that I do not make resolutions which I cannot keep. However, this year there is one which I wish to make. But to see this resolution through, I need Your constant help. In Jesus’ name, I beg You, God, help me know Your will so that I may keep to it as best as I can. I believe that in doing Your will, I please You. Amen.

Dear Lord please watch over my Mom and daughter. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter. Protect and guide me at my positions at my three jobs. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, health, happiness, love, good spirits, financial stability and growth, and piece of mind to my family and me. Keep me safe, healthy, and protected. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, lean state., Help D.J.s knee and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect, truthfulness, appreciation, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. God please protect and heal J.J. and provide him with comfort and love he needs during this difficult time. Protect D.J. and all my friends and family from getting any colds and viruses. Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity with each other in this relationship in our thoughts and actions. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures towards one another. God almighty Father, thank you for a pleasant year 2019. I have to say that we (me and my son's) have been blessed. I thank you for you guidance, your love, and your blessings everyday. I ask that we continue to received blessing everyday for 2020, for all of my family, my friends, and for all those that I don't know. I am also asking that Father please place your hand on little Jayce. He is suffering with brain cancer, and he hasn't even begun to live his life yet. His parent's are suffering too, because they don't know what to do. Everyday we are thankful to have him with us, but we know Father, it is your will to whatever shall be done. I'm just asking you Father to please let him live. Amen
