Oh Lord, I pray for Afghanistan, and all the citizens and soldiers, that have sacrificed so much in the hopes of peace and freedom. Please protect and help all those that are trying to leave, and those that are trying to help and protect them. I pray for the souls that have given their lives, and for their loved ones. I also pray for the soul of my beloved husband, Donald, that he suffers no more, and has found rest and comfort in your loving arms, as well as my other family and friends that have left this world. Please give our family strength, and guidance in this most difficult time for us, that we may allow ourselves to give ourselves completely to you, trusting in your blessed mercy. Thank you for all of the many blessings you have give us. Amen.
