Eternal God, heavenly Father, I give You thanks for being with us to see us through calm and storms. And in both instances, I glorify Your name and praise You. But, unfortunately, because times are somewhat unstable, many breadwinners have no alternative but to find a new job. And doing so is very risky as it creates anxiety in the entire family. So please, in Jesus’ name, grant the person taking the new job the patience to get accustomed to the new environment and the tenacity to succeed. Amen.

Bless me and my co-workers, Lord: the nurses, the doctors, the auxiliary staff, that we may do our jobs well in the care of our patients, particularly those who are critically ill and those afflicted with the Covid virus. Bless us, Lord. Protect us from evil and harm; protect us from our enemies, foreign and domestic. Keep us safe and healthy. Surround us with good people. Be with us always Lord. Guide us with your wisdom, that we may always do what is good and proper in the performance of our duties; that we may cause no harm to anyone or anything. Be with us always Lord; and let every single day be an uneventful that, no harm with come to our patients. Bless all our patients, Lord, that they may recover quickly from their ailments. Be with them always, Lord, and help them and their families cope with the struggles they face in dealing with their ailments.
