Almighty Father, as the new day breaks, we wake up to thank You for this unique gift and to praise and give glory to Your Divine Name. In Your hands, I leave the day to unfold, as the lesser I take charge, the better it will be for me to do Your Will. I wish I could understand this when I was much younger. However, not much is lost, as today I come to You and pray in Jesus’ name, Abbā, please make youth ministries flourish worldwide, and may their work be fruitful with Jesus at the centre. Amen.

Dear Lord, Thank you for bringing me, a lost sheep, home to You after so many years of sin. As I enter the retirement stage of life, help me to hear Your Word as to how to progress in this last chapter - to help others while sustaining myself. Also, I am alone now in life, and ask for a friend and companion to share these last years with.

Dear God, Thank you so much for all your blessings. Please also bless and give our family strength with what we’re going through especially my husband and son. Please bless that everything will work out for the better for the both of them and our family. Grant my husband and son the wisdom to make the right decisions. Continue to keep our family safe. For my daughter and M's health to continue to be well and a speedy recovery for my mom, dad, uncle and J, most especially my mom because of her stroke. Give my dad strength to cope with my mom's health issues and everything else. With the current COVID19 pandemic, give all of us affected strength during this challenging time. Continue to bless our family for our recovery from the COVID19 effects and so with everybody too. Please heal the world. Thank you. Amen.

Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
