Today is the first day of a new year. It was on the same day two years ago, that I and my family (including our elder brother) attended the Jan 1st first mass. We used to do the same over many years. Yet that was the last time we attended the mass together. Today I attended the first ‘Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God’ mass by myself at the same place. It's so different. Lord God, we appreciate everything we had and you gave us last year. Almighty God, Thank you for hearing our prayer. My mother is receiving medical treatment. Lord God, I humbly beg that you heal my mother, get her well soon, and touch her with your mighty hands. May you continue to bless, guide and guard us. Please go with my family.
