FRIDAY OF THE SECOND WEEK OF LENT Dear God, help me to realize your nearness in all that I do. When I feel alone or abandoned, help me to remember that you are never far from my need or desire. May I learn to see your presence all around me. Amen.
THURSDAY OF THE SECOND WEEK OF LENT Dear God, be with me in times when I wander far from you because of fear, jealousy or pride. Help me to see that you are always watching, waiting, longing for me to turn toward home again. Amen.
WEDNESDAY OF THE SECOND WEEK OF LENT Dear God, help me to see the Divine circle in which we all coexist with and in you and one another. May I recognize that my actions affect the delicate balance we participate in as your loved humanity. Amen.
TUESDAY OF THE SECOND WEEK OF LENT Dear God, help me to live in the simplicity of the “Our Father,” this perfect prayer of Jesus. MONDAY OF THE SECOND WEEK OF LENT Dear God, allow me to recognize the need all around me. Let me see your eyes in the faces of the hungry, the homeless, the imprisoned. Help me not to always walk by, but rather to see, really see, with your eyes. I want to be part of the sheep brigade. Amen.
