My mum is sick of what appears to be the flu. I hope that she gets better very soon. I don’t know why but people are dying of the flu this year. I hope my dad and I don’t get the flu. My dad is sick but as far as I know, in different ways. My family is having a turkey dinner tonight, and I hope the turkey also doesn’t get my dad and I sick or get my mum sicker, as I question how my dad handled the turkey (long story). I hope to go to church tomorrow in this small city we are visiting, as last time, I could not go to church, as the van had issues and maybe for another reason (don’t remember for sure). I hope the house back at home doesn’t burn down as my parents did not get the Xmas tree down and hope the lady, Agnes, looking after the house waters the tree and the indoor plants, she forgot the plants last time. I hope that Philip, a family friend, gets his gift, eventually. I hope that my friend Heidi got the gifts I gave her. I also hope my friend Colby got or will get the birthday gifts I got him, especially the second one, as he might need it more than I do. I also pray for the American president, that he gets his act together, and change for the better (not for the worst). I also hope that my medical scooter keeps on working, it is getting old. I also hope stores will get more of what people need like milk with decent dates on them, I know the economy is bad, I don't expect perfection, but do better, than now.
