For Laura Ann Atamosa: May God's will be done in her life, her new job as the San Antonio Mayor's assistant, her new social/political environment, her broken relationship, and her spiritual life. For her healing of mind, body and soul, particularly her amygdala and vagus nerve/nervous system. Her anger, overwhelm, avoidance, core wounds and denial have consumed her, blocking her good judgment amid her volatile workspace. May God's loving mercy guide her out of her defensive pride, severe emotional shutdown, and the external/internal consequences of her recent work-place emotional affair, and into humble recognition of her need for God's embrace and professional therapeutic support. May her social connections and relatives (whom she's confided in and unknowingly/unfortunately enabled her behavior) be granted the gifts of the Holy Spirit for their own healing and conversion. May they continue walking alongside Laura but this time to help guide her back into communion with God, church community and her romantic partner. And may Our Lady intercede on behalf of her broken bond to her romantic/music ministry partner, with whom she had devoutly helped uplift the prayers, and speak to the hearts of so many in our liturgical communities in South Texas for years, and who waits for Laura in reconciling love, therapeutic work, and prayerful distance.
