Feast of St. Paul of the Cross
Saint Paul of the Cross, God drew you to the heights of contemplation and taught you the deepest truths within the depths of your soul. You then shared the good fruits of your contemplation with the world. Please pray for me, that I will continuously seek to deepen my faith by deepening my prayer and penance, never shying away from the most glorious Gift of the Passion of Jesus Christ. Saint Paul of the Cross, pray for me. Jesus, I trust in You. Amen.
Please pray that God heal every areq of my life wspecially my body and mind; so that I may be used to introduce my grand children to my saviour. Also, I would like pray for God's intervention on annulment of my husband's first marriage so that we may be married in the church. I need this greatly. Thanks!

We would like to remember in a very special way our parents Lucille McCoy Brown, Lucille Houser Dowdy, and Elias Brown & Elias Alston, Sr. & James M. Dowdy(my stepdad who cared for six children with Lucille Houser). We miss and love them dearly. Pray for their eternal peace and add these to that list: Edward Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., Corretta Scott King, Father Michael Sehpard, and all of the departed Walden, Brown, Alston, Huff, and all the friends we've met. Please pray for the continued strength and good health of Arnold Brown, Sr., OC Hampton, Keith Hampton, Andrea Brown, Ailana Brown, Ajee Brown, Father Mark Cregan, all of the Waldens, Browns, Alstons, Newton family members, Beebe family members, and the children and soldiers all around the world. We all need good health and guidance during these trying times. Please place a special prayer for President Barack Obama and his family-Michelle, Sasha, Malia, his mother-in-law, sister, brother, and brother-in-law. Pray for a Congress of Republicas that just can't seem to find strength and encouragement in the hard work President Obama is trying to do for the country and our world. Pray for all world leaders to help their countries find peace and harmony through the courage and determination of others who care for the earth by trying to make contributions to third world countries and their people. Pray for OPRAH to continue to stay healthy and make the world a better place. Pray for Hillary Clinton for helping keep the efforts of world peace on every politician's table. We pray to the LORD. Please help me pray for my son whose gone astray. He acts as if he's above God. Since he join the military he no longer believes in prayer and church. Please help pray that my only child will have conscience and always have the fear in God.

That God watches over me and my family and keeps us in his prescence. That God blesses, protects and has mercy upon us and forgives us for our transgressions. I ask that God keeps the violence in this world away from us, and in spite of the devil's temptations around us (and our own mistakes), I ask God to protect and love us always. I ask that God places wonderful financial, spiritual and physical blessings upon me and my mother and the strength that we need to hold out and to hold onto His Grace in this crazy world that we live in.
That I find work and I can pay my bills again Thast my son straigtens out his life and starts being responsible and doing what he is suppossed to.
