SAINT MAXIMILIAN KOLBE
Dear Christ, Saint Maximilian was imprisoned in Auschwitz where he ministered to the captives and celebrated Mass by consecrating bread and wine that had been smuggled in.
He was martyred after he voluntarily took the place of a young married prisoner condemned to die.
Since he's the patron saint of drug addicts and people in prison, I ask him to intercede for the inmates in our jails.
O Lord, heal their hearts and protect them from the evil that surrounds them. I also ask him to pray for the addicts in my family and my friends' families.
O Lord, set them free from the prison of their addictions.
Saint Maximilian, pray for us.

Dear Lord, I need your help for a friend (Lance) who just found out he has bladder cancer. The tumor is the size of a fist. They operated but did not get ALL of it.He REFUSED to have a bag to urinate in.They said if they didn't take the bladder out, he might live 5 years. Now they are going back to his primary doctor for referrals to his oncologist and a cancer specialist to form a course of action to rid the rest of the tumor (chemo and radiation or something else) Please, Lord, he was strong when him wife had a double mastectomy and now she has to be strong for him. Lance is very religious and ha faith in the Lord. He is in your hands.

Dear Lord, I need your help on behalf of a friend of mine(Lance). They just foind a tumor on the bladder as big as a fist and it is worse than they thought. They operated and took it out but not ALL of it. The doctor gave him an option of an ileostomy, which he absolutely refused to have done. They are now going to have to do tests to see if the tumor affected the liver, kidneys or bones and then plan a course of action. He may only have 5 years to live. His wife had a double mastectomy and he was strong for her now she has to be strong for him. Please give them the strength to get through this.

Please allow Jeannine to be safe, healthy, and protected from harm and violence as well as all people. Help with the problems we face unemployment, under employment, bias, age discrimination, politicians and leaders to be fair and just for all. I give Thanks to our Lord for answering prayers regarding my nephew. Thank You, Dear Lord. I ask that you will sustain his "wellness" in the coming year. I pray that his parents will become more loving and peaceful in their minds and practice their religion in accepting others and not be so judgemental. Mary Mother thank you and also my Guardian Angel who have watched over me this year.

please help me remove the frustration, impatience and resentment I feel for a relative who is making my life so difficult. help me find compassion and love once again for this person. I am ready to walk away and yet I know I cannot because my assistance is needed so that her adult mentally disabled child is not removed from her care. The courts have said she must have someone living with her in order to keep custody. I left my career, my home, my pets, friends and other family to move several hundred miles to help her so that she could keep custody. She hates and resents me for being there. My life which used to be so joyful now is so grim. I cannot do this without your help. I am struggling so because I don't want to be here anymore. Please help me with your divine wisdom and guidance. Thank you for your love and the many past blessings and grace you have bestowed on me.

Please remember my cousin, Joseph, and his family. They are in crisis. They have twin sons (23) one is a recent college graduate and the other, autistic. The graduate revealed that he has been involved in substance abuse and is now in a rehab center. Their daughter (22) has been ongoing in many rehab centers for several years and just now revealed to them that after 3 months of abstinence she has resumed the habit. She also has severe psychological problems. The effect of his siblings problems on their autistic son is devastating - he is anxious, confused and not his jovial self. Please pray that the family be restored to peace, and that the family be restored to what it once was - loving, united and ongoing. They have exhausted their resources not only financially and physically in dealing with this crisis. But they will not give up nor will they give up their constant prayers. So please also pray for them.
PLEASE remember my big brother who suffers from colon cancer, my sister my children and my grandchildren. May your love surround them and give them good health and a grateful hearts.
