Lord help me to get over this anger I have toward my son and his wife. They have hurt me so much. I pray for them and I want peace in my family. Help me to have wisdom when talking to them.......Also I need willpower to stay away from starches and sweets my triglycerides are high and sugar . I am do for a blood test in a few weeks. I have been watching what I eat but I feel I have to do better. Thank You in Jesus Name. Amen
