Dear God n Jesus name, please let my daughter be ok. I haven't heard from her since our disagreement and I'm hesitant to call her because I don't want to trigger her again. Please help my son who is getting overwhelmed with things on his mind. Please help him. please help me to stay calm and not be stressed with all this because it could trigger a breathing attack from my copd. Thank you

Lord Thank You for opening my eyes. I sit wondering why I can't lose weight. I ask and pray for things but then I don't try I expect you to do it all. I have to take control and walk away from those snacks and eat properly. If I don't feel well I have to go to a doctor. A Hail Mary will do every time I get the urge for that snack. I did that with smoking and it's at least 15 years and haven't had a cigarette.I alone have to change and you will do the rest.
