Thank you for helping me through my surgery and radiation and thank you for helping with the bladder and bowel, rectal bleeding and spitting of blood and please help it to be okay and thank you for helping with the endoscopy and for the biopsy report and thank you for all the other good biopsy reports and please help me to not continue to keep getting these skin cancer issues and thank you for the good report with my eye and my face I was really nervous and thank you for helping get a good vaginal ultrasound and please help the pap to be okay and thank you for the good mammogram report and please help me to get a good report when I go in July on both breasts I am scared and nervous for my health and when you are told you have cancer it is really scary. Please help me to be a better person wife mother friend etc and change my ways and realize how lucky I am and be healthy and please help me to be the best person I can be and be worthy of all you do and all I ask for I know I ask for a lot please help me to be worthy and please help me to not be selfish and when I ask for something for myself I hope you don't thin I am being selfish I am just scared and please guide me to not fail you I know I fail everyday and if and when I do something that isn't right or if I have hurt anyone I am truly sorry. Thank you for all you do have done and hopefully will continue to do for me and my family I am truly grateful and cannot thank you enough. Thank you for helping Marc get a good MRI report and please help with his stomach and back and thank you for the shot to work and please help his heart to be okay and thank you for helping with that and please help him to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for helping Irene get good reports with her kidneys and please help it to continue and please help with her heart issues and to not have to have surgery and if she does please help it to wait so it can be less invasive and please hep with all her health issues and to loose weight and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Bob get through his surgery and for the good biopsy report and please help with the kidney and blood issues and for the pills and shots to work and please help with all his health issues and please help them both to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for Bob 's other good test results. Thank you for helping our son Adam have the strength to stop smoking and please help with all the drinking and please help him to stay cancer free and healthy so he can live a long healthy life we are very worried about him and please help us to have a good relationship with Sara and please help us to have a better relationship with our son Jason and his wife Carina and the beautiful grandchildren and please help us to know how to make it better and thank yo for the time we get to spend with them and with Adam and Sara. Thank you for helping Maria through her surgery and please help with all her health issues and to have the will to loose weight and please help her to meet someone to share her life with and please help her to be pain free happy healthy and safe and please help Sue to rest in peace and know she is loved and help with her family and Staci I cannot believe she is gone and God Bless Sue. Thank you for helping Aunt Delores and Maryann get good mammogram reports and thank you for helping Aunt Lorraine and Maria's friends and Maria's other friends and please help Greg Chess, Mr. Kidd, Denise Boyles mother and sister, Janice and her Dad, Pres. Carter, Irma and Ben and Irma's cousin and may her friend rest in peace, Diane's family who have died and those who are sick, Annie, Cora, Lauren, Jenny, Carol, Mike's wife, Bonnie, Ken, Vic, Kathy, Cindy and the baby, Diana's sister, John and Ginni and John's sister, Betsy Hier, Marty's daughter and Bill, Jane Dorvall;s mother brother and son and the lady Amber met the one I spoke to whose Dad has some form of cancer, the lady for her son, the one for herself, the one whose husband has MS and the one whose husband has bone cancer and may he stay in remission. Kathy and Z Bean and David Harmon so they can be healthy. The girl Monica told me about please help her. Thank you for helping my cousin Johnny walk and be able to go home and please help him and Arlene with the loss of their daughter and may she rest in peace. Please help my cousin Michael, Tony, Donald, AJ, please help Janice to rest in peace and help with her daughter Victoria and all the sick family. Please help Al, Lori's Dad, and pleaes help everyone I may have forgotten or don't know about and please help everyone who has lost a loved one and please help everyone who has will have and has had to have surgery radiation and or chemo. Please help Johann with all her health issues and thank you for the good report with her biopsy and for helping through her surgery. Please help Rita and Donna with the loss of their children. Thank you for all you do for me and my family I am truly grateful and please watch over all of us and help us all to stay healthy and safe and please watch over Adam and I and help us to stay cancer free and healthy. Thank you for the gift of Diane and Ken and Ginni and John and especially Diane and Ken and help us to not do anything to hurt this relationship it is really important to us and thank you for the gift of things being easier financially these last few years it has been nice to pay the bills and do some things but the most important thing is the Love of God family friends and good health nothing else matters accept having good health and faith. Please help me to be worthy of all you do and all I ask for and please help me to not fail you and to do better everyday as a person and help me to please not be selfish. God Bless my whole family and all the people I love and support me and all the sick and suffering people in this world there are so many and they all need your help and all the people who have died and or suffered at the hands of these evil violent people and help their families and please help all the sick and suffering animals in this world there are so many and they are helpless and they all need your help.
