Thank you for helping me through my surgery and radiation and thank you for helping with the bladder and bowel, rectal bleeding and spitting of blood and other bleeding issues and please help them to be okay and thank you for the good vaginal ultrasound and please help the paps to be okay and thank you for helping me through the endoscopy and for the good biopsy report and thank you for the good report on my eye and my face I was really nervous and thank you for all the other good biopsy reports and please help me to not keep getting these skin cancer issues and please help these other things on my face and body to be okay and thank you for the good report with my heart and blood work and please help it to not get worse and thank you for the good mammogram report and please help me to get a good report in July on both breasts when I go I am scared and nervous for my health and when you are told you have cancer it is really scary and please help me to be a better person wife mother friend etc and change my ways and realize how lucky I am and be healthy and please help me to be the best person I can be and be worthy of all you do and all I ask for I know I ask for a lot please help me to be worthy and please help me to not be selfish and when I ask for something for myself I hope you don't think I am being selfish I am just scared and please guide me to not fail you I know I fail everyday and when I do something that isn't right or nice or if I have hurt anyone I am truly sorry. Thank you for all you do for me and my family I am truly grateful and thank you for all you do have done and hopefully will continue to do for me and my family. Thank you for helping Marc get a good MRI report and thank you for helping with his heart issues and please help it to continue to be okay and please help with this stomach and back and thank you for the shot to work and please help him to be pain free happy healthy and safe. Thank you for helping Irene get good reports with her kidneys and please help it to continue and please help with her heart and to not have to have surgery and if she does please help it to wait so it can be less invasive and please help her with all her health issues and to loose weight and thank you for all the other good test results and thank you for helping Bob get through his surgery and for the good biopsy report and please help with all his health issues and with the kidney and blood and please help the shots and pills to work and thank you for all the other good test results and please help them both to be pain free happy healthy and safe and thank you for helping our son Adam have the strength to stop smoking and please help with all the drinking and please help him to be cancer free and healthy so he can live a long healthy life we are very worried about him and please help us to have a good relationship with his wife Sara and please help us to have a better relationship with our son Jason and his wife Carina and the beautiful grandchildren and help us to know how to make it better and thank you for the gift of time with all our children and please help them all to be pain free happy healthy and safe wherever they go and travel. Thank you for helping Maria through her surgery and please help with all her health issues and to loose weight and to meet someone to share her life with and please help her to be pain free happy healthy and safe and please help Sue to rest in peace and know she is loved and please help her family and Staci and God Bless Sue. Please help Alex and Scarlett to be okay.Please help everyone I may have forgotten or don't know about and please help everyone who has lost a loved one and please help everyone who has will have and has had to have surgery radiation and or chemo. Thank you for the gift of Diane and Ken and Ginni and John and especially Diane and Ken and help us to not do anything to hurt this relationship it is very important to us. Thank you for helping it be easier financially these last few years it has been nice to pay the bills and do some things but the most important thing is the love of God , family friends and good health nothing else matters without good health and lots of faith. Dear God in Jesus name, please watch over and protect my son, my daughter, my grandson, my friend and me. Please keep us all safe. Please help my family Dear God there was so much uncomfortable tension when we were together for my birthday on Sunday. I thought all was well but soon saw there was tension. Please help my family be more caring and open with each other. They tried to make the day nice but the tension was very noticeable. Please don't let my son be doing drugs again please keep him clean. Please help him calm down and be more patient with people. Please keep him safe in his commutes. Please help my daughter in her depression, sadness , and anxiety. Please help her find what she wants to do in her life and stick to it. Please Dear God I have to ask you for special help for me. My breathing is getting very bad . My tests yesterday didn't go well as the shortness of breath was terrible. Please Dear God in Jesus name help me be better. Dear God in Jesus name I don't know what's happening with my family. There is so much tension between my son and daughter and my son doesn't have much patience lately. It's very uncomfortable. I feel really bad because I'm really sick with lung disease and if these two don't start getting along again its going to be terrible when I'm gone. I want to enjoy every minute with them but its difficult knowing what to say with all the tension. Things were good awhile ago but they've changed again. Dear God please help my family. Thank you
