Deacon and Martyr
O Generous patron of the Church’s poor, St. Lawrence, pray to the One God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit that all the poor of the Church in need in every corner of the world may feel the effect of the love of their brothers and sisters who seek to help them.
Deliver the Church from the greed and envy of the powerful and protect her rights and property so that she may serve the needy in freedom, giving them good things for soul and body.
May we come some day with all those whom we helped on earth to the bright mansions of heaven where we will enjoy the riches of God’s house and the company of the Savior who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord don't let my Faith falter, strenghten me with your grace. Continue to help me with my financial need, the bills are accumulating , and I begin to worry even knowing that YOU are always there to carry me through the difficult times. Dear God in Jesus name please help my son who is in jail be strong. Please help him learn from his mistakes but also learn how this has badly affected his family. I put his fate in your hands. I pray whatever you do Dear God will help him to be a better person. I he gets out I pray he get totally away from the girlfriend and get his job back and restart his life. If you keep him in there pease help us his family to cope in this time . Please I pray he do the right things. Please guide me his mother on what to do nd how do do the things he asks. He can't do snything from jail bi put I'm getting very stressed in not knowing the right things to or how to do them. I have no one helping me except my friend and that's just transportation and some emotional support. I need your help Dear God . Please guide me and help me.

Please allow us to travel and commute safely always to depart, arrive and return safely always. Please help people drive carefully, slow down, be cautious, watch for pedestrians, obey traffic laws, stop and look both ways, rather then run through stop signs. Help law enforcement to prevent traffic accidents and crime and to be safe doing their work. Help our world leaders to make the right choices for all people. Help all people with their faith. Help all people sustain life with all they need. Help all with health, relationships, employment, finances, faith, hope, opportunity, all good things. Help us help ourselves and help others.
