A SUNDAY PRAYER - O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. Thank you Lord for a restful night and the start of a new day. Pray that my visit to doctor for lesion on my leg will provide medication to heal without complications. Bless my children and keep them safe. I pray that I will continue to be healthy and strong, looking forward to retirement. Continue to give me steady work hours so that I can be finiancially stable.
