On this first Sunday in Lent, I pray that our spiritual leaders will be in one accord to the meaning of this season and help to guide us as we make another journey leading up to Easter.
For all of us who are experiencing health problems a this time, minor or major, we seek God's help of guidance, faith, wisdom , strength, love as we we pray and seek comfort in his everlasting arm. For the homeless, the young people, the elderly ...members of my family, good friends and well wishers who are praying for all at this time. We lift up our eyes unto the hills from whence cometh our help.
For my daughter and friends who are travelling on Monday on vacation..a safe travel to and from...God be with them ..let his light shine upon them. This I ask in Jesus' name. Give God the Glory!!! Amen.

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two children and their husbands. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle; even so you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Please, pray for Keilia,for cancer, 22 years old with a five month old baby. Also, please pray for Ezra, a baby who almost died from abuse, the doctors wanted to give up life support but now he is slowly healing with the living help of his grandmother. Someday, God will use him mightily, I prsy. Also two of my children in the hospital, Lorrie, serious flu complications and Kevin, bad car accident, multiple fractures and pain. Please pray for them and for me.

Lord heal, comfort and strenghten the families who lost loved ones in Florida school shooting, heal the community as they unite and grieve together, let each of us, never forget all the precious lives lost in senseless acts of violence and hatred.
