Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, refuge of sinners, and Mother of Jesus our Saviour, on this last day of 2017 I beg you to intercede for us through your beloved Son, that the Holy Spirit of God will illumine us identify the instances where we were sinful or very displeasing to God our Father, be it intentional or not. Only with a contrite heart may we accept the responsibility of our wrong doing. Pray that with the grace of God we may become resolute to refuse to succumb to sin for our own good. Amen.

Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
