Prayer for the Intercession of St. Padre Pio
Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.
Through the intercession of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, I confidently beseech You to grant me the grace of healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two daughters. Amen

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two children and their husbands. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle; even so you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. O St. Theresa, Powerful Intercessor, you have promised to "let fall a shower of roses" from Heaven as your message of love for all who seek your assistance. Ask God to grant me the favors I now beg of you, please let my two daughter have healthy in all senses of the word children, my grandchildren. Also help any child or children who need help and any couple who want healthy children. It is with great confidence in your love for all people that I ask for your intercession on my behalf. Been sick and exhausted-- one thing after the other-- for months. I pray for all suffering, and especially for pain patients who are having trouble obtaining meds, because of current political climate. But also, for anyone in pain and who is suffering. Jesus conquers all, but sometimes, it doesn't seem that way. Please pray for my faith. Thanks.

Help the poor in heart and in weakness. the homeless and starving and addicted to wrong things. the injured and suffering and dying and lonely. at home and elsewhere. Those you are fearful and scared and in pain. those caught in wrong pursuits and those who are forced into bad things like trafficking. Those who face difficult dilemmas, who don't know what to do -- please and protect them. Me, I am weak too, as You know. Help me too dear Jesus and Father.

I feel sometimes lost but then I sometimes remember how You love and take care of me. Thank You so much. I am grateful. I don't know how to obey YOu. Please continue to guide me even as I fail. Thank you for all you have done, dear Jesus. My brother in law and my former boss are both either just out of surgery or chemo, and don't go to Church or maybe know You. Please help them and their families. Their salvation is so important.

In thanksgiving for all of God's blessings this past week; for my grandson so that he will do well on his speech and tests and so that he finds a compatible roommate and gets the Towne residence hall; so that my son and his family get home safe today; so that my husband will be relieved of his aches and pains, and that he will be blessed with happiness; so that I will be abled to have surgery this week and that it is successful; I ask for all of these in Jesus' name.
