May the Lord forgive those who used a Nationally televised Funeral as a pulpit for hate and jabbing another. A funeral is not a place/platform to show hate and unkindness towards one's foes during that life, even using flowery rhetoric. It is rather to respect and remember the life now gone, not to make a political statement or statement of hate or to perpetuate a state of divisiveness. Lord forgive those who spoke those words, forgive this Nation for its sins , heal us and make us whole under God again. Help us to respect the Office of President and guide our leaders.Amen
