A SUNDAY PRAYER - O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. They have graduated Suma Cum Laude, this is getting absolutely ridiculous, they are losing confidence and faith. Bring them employment, friends and spouses.Help ! Help them I'm done. I give up. This is causing us, as a family, to lose faith.

Dear Merciful Lord, I humbly pray that my hand surgery will go well tomorrow (Feb 12) and that I may have a successful recovery to be able to go back to work and have good use of my hand. Please pray for my son who cannot get his blood sugar under control. He has issued with overeating and since he is currently unemployed the cost of medicine falls to family.

Thank you Lord for lessening the constant pain I was having. Hopefully the injections will help. Help me to get stronger and stronger so that I may fulfill all my duties. Come to me in prayer and in every waking moment I have left in this earth.
