A SUNDAY PRAYER - O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Son cared for the welfare of every person and went about doing good for all. Grant us the imagination and the resolution to create throughout the world a just and hopeful world for the human family. Make us agents of your compassion and mercy to the suffering, the persecuted and the oppressed. We pray this through the Spirit of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen. I thank everyone for their prayers for my friend Mary who has cancer in her spine. She has had 2 chemo treatments and is very tired but seems to be doing well but has to eat more.She needs 4 more treatments and they expect a 100% cure. She is 85 years old. Please pray she can tolerate the next few treatments. Thank you..

Speedy recovery for the respiratory ailment – cough and colds Im developing due to an allergy. I ask for healing and wisdom. Please. Matthew 8: 13-17 . 13 And Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; it shall be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed that very moment. 14When Jesus came into Peter’s home, He saw his mother-in-law lying sick in bed with a fever. 15He touched her hand, and the fever left her; and she got up and waited on Him. 16When evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill. 17This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: “He himself took our infirmities and carried away our diseases ."
