LENTEN JOURNEY - O God of Life, as we stand before the roads that this day presents to us, enliven us with the wisdom to choose the road of life. As we walk this road less travel keep us ever mindful that we are not alone that you walk with us. Strengthen us for the crosses, the challenges of this road. Grace us with the hope that we will always find your presence, your forgiveness, your mercy, your truth and your love as we make this journey. May we choose the road of life today and let it make all the difference in our life and in the lives of all we meet! Amen!
Holy Father please protect and take care of my dearest friend whom is in an abusive relationship please grant that some day soon her circumstances may change for the better soon. Holy Father please grant that her present health issues turn out to be minor and that she can receive the meds needed thank you Lord. Please also grant that her partner sees the error of his ways and treats her with respect. Amen.
Dear Lord please watch over my Mom and daughter. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter. Protect and guide me at my positions at my three jobs. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, health, happiness, love, good spirits, financial stability, and piece of mind to my family and me. Keep me safe, healthy, and protected. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Help my D.J.s knee and soul heal that he may find peace, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect, truthfulness, appreciation, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me. God please protect and heal J.J. and provide him with comfort and love he needs during this difficult time. Protect D.J. and all my friends and family from getting any colds and viruses. Thank you for all of the blessings that you have bestowed upon us as we are forever grateful. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Dear Lord, I offer you this prayer, to help me with my current relationship situation. Please take away all the pain and hurt in my heart. Fill it with love, joy, patience, and understanding. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Lead us not into temptations, especially during times of stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, and in situations/places that may lend to these temptations. Make us both seek and maintain exclusivity in this relationship. Let us look to each other for support and love. Guide us wherever we go. Always put us in each other’s heart and mind. Allow us to have spontaneity and romantic thoughts/ gestures towards one another. Make us unselfish in our thoughts and gestures. Protect him from getting any viruses during this time. Almighty God, my loving Father, I come to You to give You praise and glory, and to worship You because of who You are. You are the lover of my soul, my righteousness. Abbā, in You I put all my confidence and my entire trust. Protect me from the traps of the wicked roaming the earth, and draw me nearer to Your heart and the warmth of Your embrace. I ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who loves mankind so much, that He accepted to suffer the worse of pain and hatred to redeem us from sin. Amen.
