Please protect all persons from the law breakers who feel it's a thrill to violate another's right to live in peace and harmony of their own home, by the passed year of shooting off fireworks, firebombs, firecrackers, etc, within close proximity of homes, cars, properties & persons! No respect, regard for human life, just the entitlement and greed of the ignorance of those who feel the thrill by breaking laws and disrespecting others and their properties!
Banging from Fireworks have been just about every evening for the passed year or so! Enhancing this passed month! Disgraceful that parents aren't supervising these thugs! ***

"I will lied down and fall asleep to peace because you alone, Lord, let me live in safety." PSALM 4:8 (CEB)************"MY GRANDKIDS WERE THRILLED ABOUT the big Fourth of July celebration in their new town. They wore patriotic clothes and bought red, white, and blue "glow" glasses and light up sticks. My three-year-old granddaughter, Lilah, enjoyed dancing to the music of the live band. Finally the sky grew dark; the big moment had arrived. The first screeching rocket burst into bright colors with a loud boom. I glanced at Lilah to see her reaction. Her beaming smile had been replaced by a grimace and she had both hands over her ears. I had to put my ear next to her mouth to hear her cries; "It's too loud! It's too loud!****This is bad! I though. The car's so far away and it would take forever to maneuver through this crowd, I looked at Lilah again. She had gone to her daddy for comfort, her head laid on his chest as he reclined on the quilt. Within moments, she was fast asleep-oblivious of the loud noises from the fireworks and cheering all around her. *****I wondered if the secret to Lilah's ability to rest during the fireworks was being close to her dad's heart. Could she hear or sense his heartbeat? Then I though about how we can stay close to our heavenly Father's heart through prayer and reading His word. And by spending time with the One who revealed the Father's heart of love, compassion, and understanding.****"Since we know Jesus as our Lord and Protector, we can draw close to Him at the first hint of danger. Then we will feel as safe and secure as a beloved child with her head against her daddy's chest."

Dear Lord Almighty, through the intercession of St. Joseph, please grant me your help of recovering the $500 that I lost in trusting AMERISAVE Mortgage Company to refinance a home loan. I fully trusted this realtor when I processed my application and in return, he just left/kept me hanging when I asked for further details. I think this guy is a SCAMMER! I called, emailed, contacted him via online...and yet no response after the required fee was taken out from my account. He finally responded when I reported him to the originator company but I have completely lost my trust in him. Dear God and through Jesus Christ and St. Joseph, please help me recover the amount I lost, Amen.

My girl is moving across the country for a job with a company she loves. I'm thrilled for her opportunity and her courage. But here's the thing. She's the youngest of our four, and the one who still loved in town. She would come over each week to do laundry, have a meal, and watch a cooking show with us(which we'd always save for her). On holidays when none of the other children could make it home, she was the gentle and constant presence that we appreciated so much. ****So, while I'm happy for her, I'm also grieving. To cheer me, my husband and reminded me that after a writer's conference where I'll be teaching next summer we will be halfway to her new home. He suggested that after the conference we take a left on the map and go visit her. Anticipating that visit is definitely helping. *** As followers of Jesus, we aren't immune from loss and grief. Circumstances may move us far from our family and friends. Even more painful, those we are close to may go to heaven. We miss them, and it hurts. But Jesus reminds us that these partings are temporary. In the face of eternity together, these times of separation are brief. We may grieve, but not as those who have no hope. We'll be able to join Jesus and our loved ones soon. Then I saw a gray-haired man, wobbling and straining to reach for something firm to hold on to as he made his way unsteadily toward the bank. ***I rushed to the old man and extended my right hand. He beamed pleasantly surprised by the gesture. Then he muttered, "This arthritis...it's hard for me to move because of it."****As I held his wrinkled hand to support him, I felt his thick, hard palm and gnarled fingers. He explained how difficult it was for him to move around and even apologized for being elderly. He repeatedly thanked me,grateful for the sudden but much-needed help. ****I tried to imagine how that man must have felt while staggering his way into the bank.
