Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Dear Lord please watch over my family. Provide them protection from those whom wish to do them harm. Provide peace of mind and guidance for my daughter in her pursuit to college. Protect and guide me at my jobs., and assist me with obtaining and maintaining financial growth and stability. Let truthfulness, justice, and the moral compass of others prevail for me and my family. Continue to provide protection, safety, health, happiness, love, and piece of mind to my family and me. Provide me the opportunity to grow my finances for the sake of my daughter’s education and towards my independence. Make her become more independent, grow cognitively, and prepare her to handle college and what life throws her way. Heal me from what ails me right now and get my body back to its healthy, skinny state. Help D.J.s body and soul heal that he may find peace with himself and his family, and help him grow his finances. Let there be authenticity, respect for me, truthfulness, sense of being valued, and genuine love in my relationship as that is what I am seeking and in need of at this time in my life. Help him have genuine show of appreciation for me, and be completely transparent and honest. Protect D.J. ,all my friends, family, and me from getting any colds and viruses. Heal those with the virus, protect those who come in contact with the virus, especially our healthcare workers, law enforcement, grocery/store and delivery workers, those with compromised immune systems, elderly, those with underlying health conditions, and military. Bless me and my partner, so that we may never surrender to whatever challenges that come our way. Fill our hearts with love for each other, and may you make each one of us realize each other’s worth. Please touch the heart of my partner and fill it with much love for me. Make our complicated relationship become uncomplicated. I seek for your mercy and blessing that you may allow us to spend the rest of our lives with each other. Please make this feeling mutual for both of us. Jeremiah 29: 11 (NIV)***********"WHEN I WAS FOUR YEARS OLD, I traveled with my church to a youth convention in Texas. We lodged at a Dallas motel with a pool. I was the "baby" in our group. The remaining youth were college students. While my mother read a novel in our motel room, the college kids promised to watch me at the pool. They assured my mother, "We will take care of Alice." My three attendants splashed in the shallow water. They were not swimmers and neither was I. When no one was looking, I raced up the diving board ladder above the ten-foot-deep section of the pool. I yelled, "Look at me!" *****The Bible warns, "Folly is bound up in the heart of a child" (Proverbs 22: 15, NIV).*****No lifeguard was on duty and a sign warned, Swim at Your Own Risk. "Alice!" screamed one college kid. "Get down from there!" ****I was unaware of the danger and bounced on the diving board as the college kids yelled my name. Just as I can't say why I foolishly climbed the ladder, I can't say why I didn't jump but darted down and returned poolside.
