Lord please help all with their needs who where affected by the storm and weather. Please help the clean-up, restore of electrical power, repairs needed. Please help all with the process of claims and replacement of damaged property. Please help all with the Heat wave 90 plus degree weather. Please help the workers making the repairs to be safe. Help all with their frustration . Please allow preventative actions to maintain trees prior to all the damage of fallen trees. Amen.

Please bless that everything will work out for the better for the both of them and our family. Continue to keep our family safe. "I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:4 (NIV)*********"I'M USUALLY LATE FOR THIS meeting but for once I'm early. Thank You, Jesus! I thought as I was driving. I pondered the route I should take. The bridge over the railroad tracks really terrifies me, so I'll just go through town and cross the tracks. ****As I got closer to the train tracks, the traffic stopped. A train was blocking the intersection. It's okay. I still have time. A few cars started turning around to go to the overpass. The train will move soon, I tried to reassure myself. It won't be long. *****A few minutes passed, and more cars started turning around. Several people had gotten out of their cars. A truck driver walked past my car and said, "It's going to be about thirty minutes, try the overpass." ***My tongue let loose, "that bridge really scares me!" ***The man encourages me, "Just ask Jesus to help you. He'll protect you." Reluctantly I turned around. I knew I had to face my fear. ***As I neared the bridge, I gripped the steering wheel. Jesus, I prayed. Please protect me. I know the bridge is safe, but I am afraid. You protected David when he faced Goliath. You protected Daniel in the lions' den, and You protected the three men in the fiery furnace. I began to focus on remembering the names of Shadrack, Meshach, and Abednego. In moments, Jesus had calmed my fear and I'd crossed the bridge.***Jesus doesn't want us paralyzed by fear. He wants us to live courageously. When we're afraid and ask Jesus to help us, He does, and He reminds us of His love.
