Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me healthy in all senses of the word grandchildren from my two children and their husbands. Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Although, I ask prayers for all... mostly I ask prayers for my mom, Mary Acton. She is fighting Multiple Myeloma. She is strong and has so much faith in God, as do I. Her birthday is October 2, and I pray for a beautiful day and days ahead for her.
Due to the pandemic and her compromised condition, she watches the mass every Sunday, without fail. Honestly though, she loves the show so much and would watch even if she could physically attend church. It would be wonderful to have her included in your October 3 mass. She is a blessing to all who know her.
Thank you Lord for my mother Mary, she is my love and light.
