Dear God, You generously blessed Your Servant, St. Pio of Pietrelcina, with the gifts of the Spirit. You marked his body with the five wounds of Christ Crucified, as a Powerful witness to the saving Passion and Death of Your Son. Endowed with the gift of discernment, St. Pio labored endlessly in the confessional for the salvation of souls. With reverence and intense devotion in the celebration of Mass, he invited countless men and women to a greater union with Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Please lay Your hands over my dear friend C.P.-O'K, and all her family, on the loss of her beloved 16 yr old grand-nephew A.P., in Italy, may he rest in peace, and may his older brother, G.P., who's in critical condition in a hospital there, both were in a tragic car accident, the car rolled over, went on fire and both young man had to be rescued. Their grandfather, just had open heart surgery the same day and doesn't know of this. Please Lord, lay Your healing hands over this family during their difficult time, that they have fond memories, strength, courage, good health, faith, hope, happiness and for all to have a comfort in healing, that both the grandfather & grandson have full/speedy recoveries!
