Heavenly Father, Jesus, is Lord over my spirit, soul and body. I thank and praise You for giving me the most worthy of Lords to make me feel so secure under His eyes. He is over every situation, and His guidance is the perfect fit for me. As in some way or other, all humans are gluttons, be it food, alcohol, addictions, or gratification of the flesh; one has to stand on guard against this deadly sin. It is a killer of the body and the soul. In His sweet name, I pray, help me face gluttony. Amen.
