My health is failing, as a senior citizen, living in my home for 48 years, having an inconsiderate semi-attached neighbor take possession of their home April 1, 2012, will be ten(10)years April 1, 2022, they haven't stopped the 24/7 construction day, night, middle of the night, weekends, holidays, nothing is sacred, nor respected. They've broken through my chimney causing Carbon Monoxide poisoning, they've buckled my ceiling, cut through fire-walls, shaken my house that the hot water heater from shaking excessively, cracked causing it to leak, water coming up under my furnace as they broke through the basement floor, Easter Sunday, 2021, they entered my upstairs crawl space, heavy banging, caused my ceramic bathroom tiles to fall on me in the tub, I've had more repair people, for electric, plumbing, the roof, etc., that I didn't have all 48 years in the house. My house was well maintain, now my finances are depleting due to repairs, doctor bills, that I'm under doctors' care, due to having irreversible lung damage, high blood pressure, kidney cancer, an artery aneurysm of the spleen that surgery were done for both the kidney cancer and artery aneurysm one week apart this past May, 2021, not able to walk, not even using a cane has been of help, my arteries, ligaments, tendons & sciatic nerve are fusing between the hip & thigh bone, causing excruciating pain and unable to walk or put pressure on the leg without it going out. Dealing with Rheumatoid, Osteo Arthritis', Osteopenia in the hip joint, cyst from the spine into the legs, bulging disc of the spine, bone on bone with no cartilage, and not able to enjoy peace and harmony in my own home due to the semi-attached banging, using heavy machinery, shaking of my home, using heavy toxic, pungent fumes 24/7, that I'm not afforded the quiet moments to pay my bills, do my taxes, nor have quiet moments praying to God, not even allowed to pray in peace for my children(spouses), grandchildren, relatives, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, or to pray for those I'm ask to from others, nor can I listen to the masses, or rosary in peace due to my semi-attached neighbors, dog barking, loud machinery, toxic fumes, banging, 24/7! Please Lord, You know me, my needs, concerns, finances, stresses, my health, and the help I'm in need of, Please Lord, help & hear my prayers!
I am in need of Your guidance, wisdom, leadership, help in hearing my prayers, letting me have the ability to accomplish much needed goals, the strength & courage to overcome my stresses and enjoy the comfort of my own home, cease the inconsideration of semi-attached neighbors, that have destroyed my health & home from their 24/7 construction without permits, use of heavy machinery & toxic/pungent fumes, loud atrocious video games and music at the same time to drown out their use of heavy machinery after 9pm. I am overwhelmed by this violation of my religious & civil rights. Please Lord, guide and guard me in my time of needs, please help & hear my prayers! I can't spend my time with God in peace.
