I really need prayers. I am totally overwhelmed. My home is severely damaged by hurricane Helene. I am being forced to retire because of botched back surgery. I have developed severe anxiety, and want the symptoms of panic and palpitations to go away. I am short of money and OCD which developed because of the stress and I am not sure God cares anymore and now my little guinea pig is sick.
